Seven crystal bowls, each tuned to a different note, are played one by one, then together. The gong comes in as waves.

Most people go somewhere between awake and asleep. Some actually sleep. Both are fine.

- Seven frosted quartz bowls, each tuned to a different note. Long, clear tones you feel as much as hear.
- Planetary gong
- The big one. Played softly it sounds like distant weather; built up it fills the room.
- Ocean drum & rainstick
- Rolling waves and falling rain, for the moments in between.
- Koshi chime, Tibetan bowl & tongue drum
- Small, bright textures that drift in and out.
Events
The bowls travel. So does Patsy.
Retreat domes, summer fields at sunset, yoga studios, office meeting rooms and front rooms. She brings the full set, sets up, plays, and packs away. You supply the people.

Hi, I'm Patsy.
I run Beautiful You Clinic in Witham and hold sound baths for people from around Witham, Braintree and Chelmsford. Come as you are. You don't need to believe in anything, know how to meditate, or stay awake.

FAQ
Good questions
What should I wear and bring?
Comfy, loose clothes and warm socks. Mats, pillows, blankets and eye masks are provided. Bring a water bottle if you like.
I've never done this. Will I feel awkward?
Almost everyone says this before their first one. You lie down with your eyes closed, so nobody's looking at anybody. There's nothing to get right.
Is it safe for everyone?
For most people, yes. Please mention it when you book if you're pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker or other implanted device, sensitive hearing or tinnitus, or have had recent surgery, so Patsy can adapt the session or advise you. Sound baths are for relaxation and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Can I fall asleep?
Yes, and plenty of people do. Snoring is quietly forgiven.
How do I pay?
Patsy confirms your booking by message and sends the payment details with it.
What's your cancellation policy?
Give at least 24 hours' notice and you can move your booking to another date free of charge. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full, though you're welcome to send someone in your place.
Where are you?
Witham, Essex. The full address and parking details are sent when your booking is confirmed. For events, Patsy travels to you across mid-Essex.
